What you will do
- Design robotic hand components that incorporate flexible electronics and soft mechanics
- Integrate stretchable substrates and embedded circuits into high-performance systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with EE and AI teams to build integrated robotic platforms
- Lead materials selection, testing, and failure analysis for wearables and soft systems
- Prototype rapidly and iterate toward manufacturable, scalable designs

- Expertise with soft materials, polymers, composites, and stretchable/flexible PCBs
- Hands-on with advanced prototyping and fabrication techniques (e.g., soft lithography, roll-to-roll)

- Strong ability to prototype, iterate, and solve problems quickly in a startup environment
