Review Our HR team reviews your application along with the respective department lead. If your profile looks like a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule an interview with the team lead. Sometimes, you may receive a short test before the interview so we can understand your approach and thinking better. 3. Interview Our interview process usually consists of two rounds — a technical discussion followed by a final HR conversation. Think of it as a two-way interaction where we get to know you and you get to know us. 4. Onboarding If everything goes well — welcome aboard!
