What you will do
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants
- Address and resolve bill reading issues
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through effective service delivery
- Assist with plant online monitoring and customer registration
- Adhere to SOPs while conducting PMs and CMs
