What you will do
- Hire, train, and manage Project Managers and field operations teams across the state
- Own and drive project delivery KPIs: TAT, quality score, NPS, and installation velocity
- Solve field escalations, civil/electrical site readiness issues, and DISCOM coordination hurdles
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Supply Chain, and Customer Delight teams
- Onboard, train, and monitor local vendors and contractors
What they are looking for
- 5+ years in a people management role is a must.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external)
- Operational planning, resource allocation, and hands-on execution mindset
- Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, Google Sheets/Excel
- Based in Jaipur or open to relocating
- Willing to travel within Rajasthan
- Two-wheeler + valid license; smartphone with internet
Nice to have
- Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred
- 8–15 years in project/field operations, preferably in solar, construction, telecom, infrastructure, or electrical industries.
