What you will do
- Take charge of residential solar projects from post-sale to final commissioning
- Conduct or validate pre-installation site checks and address feasibility or civil issues
- Supervise on-ground installation teams and external vendors
- Be the key point of contact for customers during the project execution phase
- Maintain accurate project tracking using internal tools/CRMs and report daily progress to Cluster Ops Manager
What they are looking for
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years in project execution/field operations in solar, construction, electrical, telecom, or infrastructure
- Strong coordination & field execution skills
- Problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools
- Excellent communication in local language + Hindi/English
- Two-wheeler with valid license
- Smartphone with internet access
- Willingness to travel within assigned region
- Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off)
