From post-sale handover to installation and commissioning, you will ensure that every solar system is delivered on time, with high quality, and to customer delight.You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with internal teams (design, supply chain, installation), and be the face of SolarSquare on-ground.If you’re passionate about operations, love solving execution challenges, and want to be part of India’s clean energy transformation—this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & ExecutionTake charge of residential solar projects from post-sale to final commissioningCreate detailed project plans with timelines, material & team allocationCoordinate with design, supply chain, installation, and service teams for seamless execution Site Inspections & ReadinessConduct or validate pre-installation site checks and address feasibility or civil issuesEnsure roof readiness, structure alignment, and safety compliance before installation Vendor & Team ManagementSupervise on-ground installation teams and external vendorsEnsure adherence to SolarSquare’s quality and safety SOPs Customer InteractionBe the key point of contact for customers during the project execution phaseProvide regular project updates, handle on-ground issues, and ensure a delightful experienceDocumentation & HandoverEnsure all technical documents, compliance checklists, and handover kits are completeCoordinate for net-metering and project commissioning with DISCOMsReporting & ReviewMaintain accurate project tracking using internal tools/CRMsReport daily progress, bottlenecks, and field escalations to Cluster Ops ManagerKey RequirementsEducation: Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil preferred)Experience: 2–5 years in project execution/field operations in solar, construction, electrical, telecom, or infrastructureSkills:Strong coordination & field execution skillsProblem-solving and ownership mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects under tight timelinesFamiliarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM toolsExcellent communication in local language + Hindi/EnglishOther Requirements:Two-wheeler with valid licenseSmartphone with internet accessWillingness to travel within assigned regionComfortable working on weekends (weekday off) What We Offer Competitive fixed salary + performance-linked bonuses Steep growth curve in India’s fastest-growing clean energy companyBest-in-class training and mentorshipBe part of India’s energy transition journey
