What you will do
- Lead, plan, and manage overall supply chain strategy and execution.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations, product) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
What they are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in supply chain optimization, vendor management, and cost efficiency.
- Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and distribution management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for process improvements, operational excellence, and innovation.
