Develop innovative ideas with team to ensure cost, network and resource optimization with high level of operation efficiency. To drive best practices in HUB operation and maintain high level of integrity in all area of hub operation amongst team. Regular monitoring of connection, handling business exception and initiating proactive action to avoid escalations. To monitor and review BI/TMS reports and ensure SLAs are met. To ensure regular AMC of Infra in hub. To ensure team building with high level of performance output.
