Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Remote Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence activities. This position will work with multiple data sources to develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical products that help leadership understand performance and make informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, databases, reporting tools, and stakeholders who need complex information presented in a clear and useful way Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business, operational, real property, and related datasets.• Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, scorecards, and performance metrics.• Combine and analyze information from multiple databases and systems.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, data quality issues, and areas for improvement.• Develop queries and repeatable processes for data analysis and reporting.• Validate reports and ensure information is accurate and consistent.• Document data sources, calculations, business rules, and reporting processes.• Present findings and recommendations to management and project stakeholders.
