What you will do
- Own product bring-up in manufacturing (NPI to high-volume production)
- Define production test plans, coverage and documentation
- Drive test reduction without sacrificing quality
- Analyze yield, parametric data, and failure modes; drive yield improvement plans
- Identify systemic test escapes and quality risks
What they are looking for
- Background in Electrical Engineering with solid understanding of CMOS devices, RF specifications, process variation, and parameters
- 5+ years of experience with wafer testing, ATE concepts, test limits, coverage metrics, and yield analysis
- Ability to interpret large test datasets and identify yield limiters
- Structured root-cause methodology
- Comfortable with imperfect data and making risk-based decisions
- Thinks in terms of scalable manufacturing, not just lab success
- Clear communicator across design, test, ops, and business teams
- Writes clean product specs, yield reports, and exec summaries
- Drives cost-reduction programs (test time, probe-to-final, package options)
