What you will do
- Own and build the end-to-end supply chain strategy for fabless semiconductor products and associated modules
- Define, plan and implement supplier selection, qualification, and product qualification flows (NPI → ramp → volume) from production to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and quality teams to ensure design-for-supply-chain and manufacturability.
- Track production progress daily, identifying and addressing any issues that could cause delays. Be hands-on in the field: visiting suppliers, audits, factory acceptance, and line bring-up
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with foundries, OSATs, component suppliers, and logistics providers
What they are looking for
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing within a fabless semiconductor or advanced electronics environment
- Proven experience taking hardware from prototype to high-volume production
- Experience with supplier qualification, audits, and quality systems
- Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chains: foundries, OSATs, test, packaging, and module manufacturing
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous scale-up environments
- Willingness to travel internationally to suppliers and industry events
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience structuring long-term supplier agreements
