The role In the Partnerships and Sales team, strategy becomes something the company does. How quickly we build a playbook and run it decides how much of the field we reach this year. We work in several fields: the public sector, commercial sites, residential buildings. You own one of them. You structure it, you lead it, you build the playbook, run it, adapt it, and make it work beyond the first customer. At the same time you help build the go-to-market function itself, because most of it does not exist yet. Your impact shows up in revenue, in the partnerships you win, and in what changes as a result. Whoever chooses a security provider decides once and then depends on that choice for years, so the conversations you have are long, technical and worth having properly. Responsibilities You build the sales playbook for your field from scratch: who you are building for, what you say to them, and the process that carries the conversation. You run the whole cycle yourself, from first contact to close. You build the partnerships that matter in your field. You automate outreach so reach and speed do not depend on your calendar. You adapt the playbook to what customers actually tell you. You turn what works into a process somebody else can run. You learn this field properly and carry that back into sales and into the product. You feed what you learn into the go-to-market function we are still building. What you bring You want to build sales and business development yourself, from the first week. You decide without waiting for a process to be handed to you. A technically and legally complex field pulls you in rather than putting you off. You win trust quickly in very different rooms. You are careful with claims. In this field a sentence that overstates is a liability. You speak fluent German.
