The role You work directly with the founders, at the point where strategy becomes execution. There is no department for what you do. You are wherever the most important thing is happening right now. You take on the work that decides the next few months. Preparing decisions for the leadership team, building the structure that carries us across several sites, and running the projects that do not have an owner yet. One week that is material for investors and partners, the next it is helping a new site get started, and in between a market analysis for the next leadership meeting. You see how a company is built from the first row, and you carry real responsibility from the first week. This is an internship. The work is not practice. Responsibilities You prepare decisions for the founders: briefings, analyses and memos that hold up. You pick up the projects that have no owner yet, and you take them to done. You help build the operating rhythm of a young company. Weekly cadence, goals, follow through. You help prepare board meetings and investor updates, and you see how those decisions get made. You help new sites get started on the ground. Processes, people, systems. You help build the team: sourcing, first conversations, onboarding. You build the tools that let a small team run like a big one. You learn this field fast and bring that into everything you touch. What you bring You want to build a company from the first row rather than watch one being built. You make structure out of ambiguity instead of waiting for the perfect brief. You write clearly and you finish things. You are curious and you move fast. You speak fluent German.
