They’re all mute, deaf, and blind out of the box. The only way to get the robot to do anything is to write code. This is insane.We want robots to behave like in the movies: proactive, caring, aware.The roleA fast company only stays fast when the details stay under control. You’ll build the internal systems that keep Lightberry organized as the team grows.This is broad company operations: processes, people operations, accounting coordination, vendors, records, and the follow-through that turns loose ends into dependable routines.What you’ll doDocument and improve the processes the company relies on every week.Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, recruiting logistics, and other people operations.Keep invoices, expenses, payroll inputs, vendor records, and accounting handoffs accurate and on time.Own recurring administrative work, company records, and compliance calendars.Notice operational gaps before they become problems, then build a simple system to close them.Help the team plan, track, and finish the work that crosses functions.What’s neededWe don’t care about a particular degree or title.
