Build and work a network across PE deal teams, operating and value-creation teams, EIRs, and portfolio-company executives.Origination. Turn trusted conversations into concrete opportunities: dirty contract data, a stalled integration, a failed implementation, or an ERP that does not reconcile.Customer translation. Diagnose the problem as the buyer experiences it and shape a first engagement our delivery team can execute.Engagements, if you want them. Run the work you bring in, direct the team, and own the outcome alongside the customer.Build the practice.
