What you will do
- Answering client's inquiries by phone and email
- Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
- Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries
- General Research
- Updating addresses and client information

- Shift Timing :Availability to work weekends or having split-offs

Key Responsibilities
You’ll work under the close guidance of your Magic CX Lead to help provide outstanding support to customers.
