What you will do
- Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
- Focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.
- Balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.
What they are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
- Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Experience with Service Portal widget development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).
- Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
- Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
- Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary
