We are looking for an experienced internist to lead the clinical side of this work — someone who can translate everyday clinical reasoning into rigorous, reproducible evaluation.WHAT YOU'LL DOShape the design and scope of the clinical evaluation frameworkDevelop and tailor clinical vignettes grounded in Indian practiceBuild scoring rubrics and contribute to evaluation methodologyReview and evaluate outputs from large language models (LLMs)Curate and quality-check clinical datasetsBring your clinical judgement to every stage of the workWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORMBBS + MD (Internal Medicine)3–5 years of clinical experience after MDStrong working knowledge of Indian clinical guidelines and practiceClear, precise medical writingComfortable with structured, detail-oriented workGood to haveExposure to AI/ML or health techResearch or evidence-synthesis experienceFluency in an Indian language besides EnglishENGAGEMENT Type: Full-time, 5-month contract, 6 working days (5 days in-office - Saturday WFH) Clinical practice: Flexibility to continue clinical practice, scheduled around core on-site hours
