Genuine curiosity about AI, demonstrated by things you've actually done — side projects, experiments, things you've built or tested yourself — not just familiarity or interest on paper
Strong structured thinking, fast learning curve, and clear communication

Nice to have

Product Manager (AI) Bangalore Full-time Job Summary Nova is our AI-powered product spanning a voice AI experience and a B2B SaaS platform. We're hiring our first dedicated Product Manager to own Nova end to end; both the voice AI product and the SaaS product. This is not a supporting or associate role. You will drive the roadmap, make the calls, and be accountable for outcomes across the entire product, from ideation through launch through the metrics that follow. You'll be joining a company that already has a product team on our talent management side, but Nova will be entirely yours to own.
