What they are looking for
- 1–2 years of professional experience shipping production web apps — you've done this outside a classroom.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js.
- Comfort with state management such as Redux / Redux Toolkit and modern frontend architecture.
- Good debugging instincts, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Clear communication and the ability to work well in a fast-moving team.

- Your GitHub has receipts: you've built and shipped a frontend project people can actually click around in.
- Solid foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.
- You use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot thoughtfully, not on autopilot.

Role:
No cap, you won't be parked on toy tasks. You've got 1–2 years in already — you'll build real product surfaces used by students, work closely with design + product, and own features from idea to production.
We're looking for a product-minded SDE-1 who enjoys turning messy problems into fast, intuitive interfaces. You'll help shape and scale our ed-tech platform, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers in a high-ownership
startup environment.
