- Solid understanding of statistics, classical statistical models, and optimization techniques at a mid-career level
- Experience applying risk management concepts within AI and ML applications

The opportunity
We are looking for a mid-level AI engineer to play an integral role in our machine learning projects. This position requires designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models with minimal supervision.
Your Key Responsibilities

Skills And Attributes For Success
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Experience setting up Docker images and utilizing NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation and AI agent platforms
- Practical experience in testing methodologies and debugging complex codebases
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools like GitHub Actions
- Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred) for deploying models
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM-based AI agents
Ideally, you’ll also
