- Use AI tools (Copilot, agentic coding assistants, etc.) as a core part of your daily workflow — we expect you to ship faster because you're fluent with AI-assisted development, not despite it
- Collaborate with global teammates across time zones
What they are looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on C# / .NET backend development
- Genuine day-to-day experience using AI coding tools to build and ship backend features (please mention specific tools/workflows you use in your application)
- Strong spoken and written English — you'll be communicating directly with a distributed team
- Comfortable with flexible hours to overlap with a global team
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period
- A collaborative, positive attitude — we're a small team and culture fit matters as much as skill
