What you will do
- Communicate with clients via phone (inbound and outbound calls) and WhatsApp to promote and sell additional educational products.
- Guide clients from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
- Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
- Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
- Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
What they are looking for
- Native-level Romanian
- English B2 - C1 (speaking & writing)
- Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
- Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure
- Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset
Nice to have
- Basic Russian is a plus
- Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most.

We are currently expanding and looking for a sales manager who knows the stages of sales and is ready to motivate the client to purchase a course - a cool product and a strong team will help with this!
Your Role
Communicate with clients via phone (inbound and outbound calls) and WhatsApp to promote and sell additional educational products.
Guide clients from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements
Native-level Romanian
English B2 - C1 (speaking & writing)
Basic Russian is a plus
Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
