Role Description Founder Fellow – GTM, Growth & Strategy is a seasonal role (with potential to convert to full-time) on-site position based in New York, NY. Reports to the Co-founder & CEO; works directly with both founders and domain experts. This role supports go-to-market initiatives by assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and identification of growth opportunities across target segments. The Fellow will help develop and refine messaging, sales collateral, and outreach campaigns, while coordinating with sales and product teams on execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking and reporting key growth and sales metrics, supporting project timelines, and contributing ideas to optimize funnels and customer engagement. The Fellow will also participate in cross-functional meetings, document insights, and help operationalize new GTM experiments. Qualifications Self-starter with vibe-coding experience and the projects and/or portfolio to back it up IRL in NYC Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making Effective communication skills to convey insights clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to client-facing materials Growth hacking maniac and sales skills to support customer acquisition experiments, lead generation, and pipeline development Project management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate execution across GTM initiatives Comfort with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and CRM or marketing platforms is beneficial.
