- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience shipping software across more than one part of the stack
- Comfortable learning unfamiliar systems and tools
- Strong foundation in software engineering and computer science
- Experience with APIs, databases, and modern web applications
- Able to take an ambiguous problem from investigation through production
- Comfortable working closely with a small team and changing priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with API platforms, developer tools, or data products
- Experience with infrastructure, payments, or agent tooling
