What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for JP Morgan Natural Capital’s timberland assets, including valuation, performance tracking, and scenario modeling.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the Treasury Manager in liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Assist in budgeting, strategic planning, and risk assessment for global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
What they are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within asset management, natural resources, or related sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of asset and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience supporting treasury functions is a plus.
