You will guide teams through platform adoption, support site operations, and ensure our technology is effectively integrated into project workflows. This role requires strong technical acumen, client-facing skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing project performance.This position is for an on-site Customer Success Manager role at a Major Mission Critical Project in Turkey, Texas. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Turkey, Texas or within a reasonable driving vicinity (Childress - Memphis - Amarillo-Plainview-Lubbock).We offer a competitive relocation bonus to support candidates who need to move for this role. Key Responsibilities:Be the primary relationship owner and day-to-day point of contact for some of Buildots' largest client projectsLead full platform implementation — from onboarding and training to deep workflow integrationProactively identify ways to maximize value for the client, making Buildots central to how their teams operatePartner with internal project managers to configure the platform around the real complexities of each projectGather on-the-ground insights from clients and feed them directly to our product team to shape the roadmapEnsure your clients don't just use the platform — they succeed with itRequirements:7+ years in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer — you know where the inefficiencies live and have worked on large scale commercial or mission critical construction projectsSelf-starter who spots a problem, owns it, and solves it without waiting to be toldEqually comfortable in a hard hat on a job site and presenting to a senior client stakeholder over videoA fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and communicates complex ideas clearlyStrong people skills — you leave every interaction, regardless of role or culture, with people feeling good about working with youGenuinely excited about what technology can do for the construction industry, not just curious aboutEnergized by travel and being where the work actually happensA natural at turning data and feedback into actionable insightsGood vibes and a sense of humor — non-negotiableLocation: Onsite: Turkey, TexasThe candidate must be willing to relocate to Turkey, Texas or within a reasonable driving vicinity (Childress - Memphis - Amarillo-Plainview-Lubbock).
