Buildots is no different, behind our slick dashboards there’s an extremely complex analysis architecture that includes AI models, classic algorithms, 3D rendering, and more, all working together at scale to turn our clients’ visual data into valuable insights.We are looking for a process-oriented technical product manager, to define, design, and lead implementation for the various components of our analysis engine.What you'll do:Lead highly complex technical product features as part of the company’s product team.Take part in defining the company’s roadmap, taking into account the needs from multiple clients.Work closely with the algorithms team to define and oversee the development of AI and Computer Vision research tasksWork closely with the engineering team to implement processes, features, and research deliverables into the analysis processBe the operations team’s point of contact for improving the data processing, validation, and delivery proceduresResearch directions for new data sources, technologies or client needs, making sure we maintain our competitive edgeBe part of a vibrant team of bright product leaders bringing the construction industry into the digital ageRequirements:Technical proficiency - At least 3 years of experience as a software developer / Algorithms researcher / Data scientist / AI engineer.Project leadership capabilities - ability to break down high level goals and plan initiatives - while leading the execution of cross teams’ effortsFamiliarity with computer vision algorithms or/and deep neural networks - advantageA problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problemAbility to thrive in a fast-paced startup working environmentConstruction / BIM environment and 3D modeling software experience - advantagePro-active and independent achiever, self-learner, able to handle a task from idea to productionGood vibes and a sense of humor - mustDon’t let the job description (or imposter syndrome) intimidate you – if this role sparks your interest, we’d love to see your application, even if you don’t meet every single requirement.Why join us?Buildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we're moving at a pace that's redefining what growth looks like in this industry.
