In this role, you will manage the day to day financial operations of our US and Canadian entities. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, driving process improvements and supporting our continued growth and scalability. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make a real impact on a growing global finance function, this is the opportunity for you*This position can be based in our Chicago or Austin office, working closely with our finance team in Israel.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable - Issue invoices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsTrack and update customer project billing status and ensure timely collectionsProcess vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable via Dokka and MeshDaily bank and credit card reconciliationProcess employee expense reports via ExpensifyOngoing reconciliation of employee accounts, covering expense reimbursements and leave adjustments (parental leave, unpaid leave, etc.) Support full monthly end close processes (accrued expenses, Prepaid, fixed assets)Perform intercompany reconciliationsAssist with annual audit processes and external reportingPrepare ad-hoc working papers and financial analysisContribute to improving and scaling our financial processes as the company growsRequirementsCertified Bookkeeper (AIPB or equivalent) - advantage 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a Hi-Tech or multinational company - requiredExperience with foreign entities and multi-entity bookkeeping/accounting - requiredExperience with US and/or Canadian GAAP - advantageStrong Excel skillsExperience with NetSuite - advantageExperience with Mesh and Expensify - advantageTeam player, service-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsWhy join us?Buildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we're moving at a pace that's redefining what growth looks like in this industry.
