You’ll take deep ownership of complex technical challenges from conception to deployment—architecting robust systems, leading technical execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products across our web, mobile, and backend stacks.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and development of scalable full-stack backend/frontend systems and high-performance React Native Mobile ApplicationsDesign and optimize APIs, interactive UI components, databases, and secure cloud infrastructureMentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices within the teamCollaborate directly with clients to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and lead product demosWhat We ValueDeep analytical thinking, strong system design skills, and advanced problem-solving capabilitiesExperience or strong interest in large-scale data usage and performance optimizationComfort navigating and leading in dynamic, fast-paced startup environmentsExceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirements2-5 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong, production-proven expertise in Full-Stack development & React Native mobile app developmentHighly proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside strong experience in backend languages like Python, Java, or GoProven track record of architecting, building, and shipping robust, end-to-end software applicationsSolid hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/etc.)Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and guide diverse teamsCompensation₹18-30L Fixed + ESOPs Based on skills, experience, and fit.
