As an early growth intern, you'll work alongside our founding team to help Soren grow, from building customer relationships to supporting marketing, events, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll collaborate directly with founders, prospective customers, and clients across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. You'll gain hands-on experience identifying growth opportunities, executing quickly, and helping build the systems that support a fast-growing startup. We're a small, fast-moving team. We learn quickly, ship quickly, and continuously adapt based on customer feedback. What You'll Do You'll work closely with our founding team to help build relationships with prospective and existing customers, communicate how AI can create value, and support initiatives that drive Soren's growth. Throughout your internship, you'll contribute across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and events while learning how an early-stage startup develops and executes its go-to-market strategy. You'll receive mentorship, work on meaningful projects, and see the direct impact of your contributions. Responsibilities - Support outbound sales and business development initiatives. - Research prospective customers and conduct thoughtful outreach. - Assist with customer meetings, product demos, and follow-up communications. - Help plan and coordinate events, conferences, workshops, and customer engagements. - Create marketing content, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral. - Conduct market research and identify potential partnership opportunities. - Help improve CRM organization, sales operations, and internal growth processes. - Analyze customer feedback, pipeline activity, and growth metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with the founding team on new growth experiments and go-to-market initiatives. You Should Join If You - Are pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field (or have equivalent experience). - Have experience through internships, student organizations, research, entrepreneurial projects, or extracurricular leadership. - Are an exceptional communicator who enjoys building relationships with others. - Are curious about startups, AI, sales, marketing, or business development. - Learn quickly and enjoy solving open-ended problems. - Are highly organized and enjoy balancing multiple projects. - Care about understanding customers and creating real business value. - Want hands-on experience helping grow an early-stage AI startup where your work has immediate impact.
