What you will do
- Define and execute a vision and roadmap for KYC data, covering create/capture, ingestion, storage, and distribution to support consumer needs and support interoperability with adjacent domains.
- Provide thought leadership to anticipate and respond to changes in how data products are delivered and managed, particularly as AI reshapes processes and team structures.
- Collaborate with data architecture and application teams to establish conceptual and logical modeling direction for KYC, including domain structure, canonical concepts, boundaries, and relationships.
- Ensure alignment across enterprise with clear data authority of “golden,” sourced, and derived data assets.
- Guide the KYC data distribution portfolio, including batch and service delivery patterns, SLAs/SLOs, schema/versioning policies, and deprecation strategies.

Identify data risk and design for risk mitigation in the data lifecycle. Support internal and external audits regarding data management within the KYC domain. Support resolution of data quality items within the KYC domain and collaborate with other domains to resolve complex data quality issues. Guide cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks, and sequencing. Support regulatory and audit requirements within the KYC or related data domains. Mentor and develop associates, set performance expectations, and build capabilities in modeling, product management, and data governance.
