Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Denver, Colorado.Work You’ll Do Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. 50% Travel Required nationally Telecommuting permitted . RequirementsMaster’s degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field and 3 years in the job offered or related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in in Business Administration, any STEM field or related field and 5 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Position requires 3 years of experience in: Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Best Practices, SAP Business Elicitation Techniques, and SAP S/4HANA; Working across phases of the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Project Initiation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, and Go Live Support for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM), Waterfall, and Agile methodologies; Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP S/4HANA applications in the client’s landscape; Leading large-scale SAP SCM, SAP Ariba, SAP Materials Management (MM), and SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), HP Quality Center (QC), Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, Process Flow Diagrams, and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Analysis; Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall Project Management, Gantt Charts, and Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) Matrix; Utilizing SAP SolMan, HP ALM, or Test Management Tool to support and perform Unit, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance (UAT) Testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; and Performing SAP Ariba, MM, and SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP SolMan, HP ALM, and Agile Project Management methodology.
