What you will do
- Create product roadmap and execute on product strategy for 100ms
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
What they are looking for
- 3 to 8 years of experience in a Product role
- Built products by collaborating across engineering, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges
- Strong empathy for end users — the ability to deeply understand customer workflows and pain points
- Clarity of thought and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
- A whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
Nice to have
- Worked on AI/LLM products or B2B SaaS
- Prior experience as a software developer/engineering manager/architect
- A computer science or engineering background

You’ll be joining a specialised team at 100ms focused on healthcare automation using AI. As a product manager, you will work with the founders, engineering, design and product marketing teams and lead strategy, roadmap and execution of key product lines at 100ms.
