Perform thorough checks of payments and reconcile them against general ledgers, promptly escalating and resolving any identified discrepancies
Interact effectively with various firm-wide stakeholders, including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Technology, to resolve payment issues and implement improvements
Complete assigned casework, manage queues, and generate reports within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Escalate critical issues timely and confidently communicate with upper management regarding tasks, processes, and potential improvements.
