The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace, Splunk or OpenSearch/ELK, distributed tracing, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.Required Skills· Dynatrace Administration & Monitoring· Splunk OR OpenSearch/Elasticsearch (ELK)· Monitoring & Observability Concepts· Distributed Tracing & APM· Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)· CI/CD & DevOps Practices· Kubernetes / ContainersResponsibilities· Manage and optimize the Dynatrace platform, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, alerting, anomaly detection, management zones, and dashboards.· Implement and support observability solutions using Dynatrace, OpenSearch/ELK, and Splunk for application, infrastructure, and log monitoring.· Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), tune alerts, and resolve monitoring gaps to improve system reliability.· Build dashboards, reports, and telemetry pipelines to provide operational visibility and performance insights across cloud and on-premises environments.· Automate monitoring and integrate observability tools with CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and OpenTelemetry frameworks.
