What you will do
- Direct system testing and validation procedures.
- Perform defect correction (analysis, design, code) on less complex issues and/or code applications of medium complexity.
- Work collaboratively with multiple agile teams to help deliver end-to-end products and features, seeing them through from conception to delivery.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve automation of workflows, infrastructure, code testing and deployment.
- Propose, scope, design, and implement various infrastructure architectures.

- The ability to apply several tool suites related to DevSecOps, microservices and containers, leveraging Kubernetes/RedHat OCP and Docker builds
- Experience in containerization development/deployments on SIPRNet and JWICS networks
- Experience in cloud-based and Micro systems
- Experience leading complex DevSecOps programs
- Experience in cloud, cyber and platform technologies

- Extensive knowledge of programming languages and software development lifecycle
- Modifying software
- Testing software changes
- Analyzing information to recommend and plan development stories

Job Summary:

Primary duties revolve around building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance or upgrade interfaces.

Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve automation of workflows, infrastructure, code testing and deployment
Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards, and make recommendations for improvement
Propose, scope, design, and implement various infrastructure architectures
Brainstorm new products, updates, and solutions to continuously challenge and improve products, performance, system/data backup, security and customer experience
Remain up to date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams and abide by industry best practices for configuration management and automation
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
