What you will do
- Lead multiple software engineering organizations and collaborate across technology domains to deliver strategic business and technology outcomes.
- Establish and execute engineering strategies that drive scalability, resiliency, security, operational excellence, and developer productivity across a large portfolio of applications and platforms.
- Define and scale engineering best practices, software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards, and technology modernization initiatives across multiple teams.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, automation, observability, resiliency engineering, and engineering efficiency practices.
- Lead the implementation of AI-enabled engineering capabilities and SDLC automation utilizing enterprise-approved tools, with a focus on quality, productivity, governance, and risk management.
