About The Department

The FTT Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) develops and supports Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions that improve efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce business risk across multiple lines of business. The team brings together software engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, deliver, and support scalable enterprise solutions. Working within established governance and architecture standards, the team promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Joining the team provides opportunities to work with modern AI technologies, low-code platforms, and enterprise-scale automation programs.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.

Master’s degree preferred.

2–4 years of automation, AI, or software engineering experience.
