Producing ad-hoc reports (e.g., AESI, Data Cleaning cycles, Protocol deviations, Site Data Entry statuses, Subject lists) for various stakeholder groups

Creating validation documentation, conducting peer reviews of programs and reports, and designing report templates using data models or mock data

Participating in monitoring report meetings, recording minutes, providing input on data availability, and following up on action items

In Research & Development, you'll be part of a unit that explores bold scientific ideas and advances them into clinical testing. We combine curiosity, AI tools, and human data to develop transformative therapies. Through collaboration and operational excellence, we shape and deliver an innovative pipeline to meet future patient needs.

You will be based in our Global Business Services centre in Bengaluru, working as part of the Trial Monitoring & Reporting team. The team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial data through robust reporting frameworks. You'll collaborate daily with colleagues at headquarters and across our global clinical operations, with opportunities for international travel for training and stakeholder engagement.

1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably including 1–2 years within clinical data management systems, bioinformatics, or as a Clinical Research Associate
