What you will do
- Build and ship real features for real users
- Work across the stack: frontend, backend, APIs, whatever the problem needs
- Talk directly to the people you're building for
- Debug fast, and write code someone else can pick up easily
- Take ownership rather than wait for a task list
What they are looking for
- 1-3 years hands-on experience building software
- Strong fundamentals: programming, data structures, problem-solving
- Fast learner, comfortable picking up new tools and stacks
- Clear communicator, written and verbal
- Comfortable with ambiguity when specs aren't fully locked down
- Based in Kochi, or willing to relocate (this is a work-from-office role)
Nice to have
- Experience with client-facing work
- Comfortable juggling more than one project at a time
- Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- A track record of shipping things: side projects, freelance work, internships, anything real

About the Role
You'll work close to the people who actually use what you build, whether that's a founder shipping their first product or a growing business running on something you helped create. You won't sit on one codebase for a year. You'll move fast, learn fast, and own what you build.
