What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable REST APIs and backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code applying SOLID principles, OOP concepts, and design patterns.
- Collaborate across the full SDLC, including code reviews, automated unit/integration testing, and deployment.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to write optimized queries, maintain data integrity, and minimize latency.
- Troubleshoot system-level issues across networks and operating systems to ensure maximum platform uptime.
What they are looking for
- Experience: Minimum 1 -4 year of full-time, graduate software engineering experience (excluding internships).
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in Core Java (multithreading, collections, memory management) and the Spring/Spring Boot ecosystem.
- CS Fundamentals: Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID design principles, Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems (processes, threads, concurrency), and Computer Networks (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, REST architecture).
- Databases: Working experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Spring Data JPA, Hibernate).
- Tooling: Proficiency with Git, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and unit testing libraries (JUnit, Mockito).
Nice to have
- Exposure of UPI, IMPS Backend stack, Recon, settlement and FRM
- Exposure to caching mechanisms (Redis) and asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and basic CI/CD workflows.
- Prior experience in fintech, payment gateways, or banking integrations.

Job Overview We are seeking an SDE 1/2 to build robust, scalable backend microservices, implement
high-performance APIs, and contribute to production-grade financial applications across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
