Role & responsibilities As a Technology Operational Reporting & Insights Lead in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities :• Support the development and delivery of technology operational reporting,dashboards, insights, and governance materials across Tech Hub• Build and refine operational reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency,efficiency, and decision support• Develop proof of concepts and automation solutions to streamline reporting, reducemanual effort, and improve operational effectiveness• Use AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve data analysis, reporting quality,process efficiency, and insight generation• Apply financial acumen to incorporate relevant financial metrics into operationalperformance reporting and management insights• Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working, reducewaste, and strengthen operational disciplines• Support preparation of high-quality presentations, papers, and reporting packs forgovernance forums, Technology Leadership, and other stakeholders• Partner with Finance, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to translateoperational and financial data into clear insights and recommendations• Ensure reporting outputs, automation artefacts, and performance insights areaccurate, timely, well-controlled, and aligned to leadership expectation. As a Technology Operational Reporting & Insights Lead you will have the followingknowledge and skills :• Experience in technology operational reporting, performance reporting, businessoperations, or governance support within a technology environment• Ability to build, manage, and continuously improve reporting processes,dashboards, metrics, and insight packs• Experience developing proof of concepts, automation opportunities, and processimprovements that reduce manual effort and improve reporting quality• Ability to utilise AI-enabled tools to support analysis, reporting, automation, processimprovement, and insight generation• Financial acumen, including the ability to incorporate financial metrics intooperational performance reporting and management insights• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operationaland financial data into clear insights and recommendations• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with Technologyteams, Finance, governance stakeholders, and business partners• Ability to prepare clear, high-quality reporting packs, presentations, and governancematerials for management and leadership audiences• High attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting, analysis,and stakeholder communications• An experienced technical expert who uses your specialized skills to provide advice,influence others, and help by directly contributing to solutions.• Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails,experience and strong judgement.• Experience being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility forother team members (up to 10 people) to deliver results.• Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritization of work.• Ability to be actively involved in large projects and/or leading medium scale projects. Shift:7am-4pm
