What you will do
- Explore how AI/ML techniques (LLMs, predictive models, recommendation systems, etc.) can improve campaign performance, targeting, and reporting
- Prototype tools for tasks like lead scoring, audience segmentation, ad copy/content generation, and marketing workflow automation
- Work with campaign, CRM, and analytics data to build models and evaluate their real-world impact
- Collaborate with the CRM/Technology and Intelligence & Analytics teams to integrate AI features into existing platforms
- Run experiments, measure results against business KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI), and iterate based on findings
What they are looking for
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with ML/data libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar)
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, and ideally some exposure to LLMs/NLP or predictive analytics
- Comfort working with real-world, messy business data (marketing, CRM, or web analytics data)
- Curiosity about how AI applies to marketing and business growth, not just research for its own sake
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical work to non-technical teammates

We're looking for an Applied AI Research Intern to help us bring AI and machine learning into how we plan, run, and optimize marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role: you'll work with our Intelligence & Analytics, Performance Marketing, and CRM/Automation teams to prototype AI-driven tools and workflows — from smarter attribution and lead scoring to content generation and campaign automation — and help turn promising ideas into things the agency actually uses.
