- Guide and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment
What they are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software development from enterprise background.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Go or C++ .
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data integration patterns, and cloud-based architectures.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational/NOSQL databases.
- Experience with popular open source data processing engines (Spark, Kafka, Flink or equivalent).
- Experience in developing with concurrent & non-blocking systems. Could have worked in any of the following products like : Distributed file systems, Non Blocking IO, Database replication/backups, Distributed cache, streaming platforms, query engines etc.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
