- End-to-end product lifecycle ownership, taking products from concept to end-to-life through requirements, design, development, deployment, maintenance, user acceptance, and ongoing support
- Authentication and authorization integration (MFA/2FA, OAuth, and LDAP), including implementing secure sign-in and re-authentication flows for enterprise applications and services
- TDD (Test-Driven Development), automated unit testing (Junit and Mockito), and API Contract testing
- Architecting, building, and evolving enterprise-grade applications, balancing scalability, reliability, and security in complex, multi-team environments
- Cloud service integration - serverless compute, API gateway routing, workflow orchestration, event streaming, managed databases, caching layers, and cloud monitoring
- Production-grade algorithm and data-structure engineering using object-oriented design
- Frontend UI engineering for production web applications, building responsive, user-facing interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, and Angular JS or React frameworks
- Database engineering – SQL-based data modeling, production-safe querying, and SQL proficiency
- Microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA) in distributed system

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
