Where we sit We're somewhere between SaaS and telecom. We sell software, so we move fast, ship often, and care about the user experience. But we also operate inside telecommunications: which is more complex and technical than most software. Our customers are engineers, they ask hard questions and the relationship starts rather than ends at purchase. That mix also makes us sticky. Most SaaS tools are nice to have. If our connectivity stops, our customers' products stop. That means our business grows as our customers and the industry grows. We've been growing fast and we don't plan to slow down, which is exactly why we need this role. We are now hiring for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering Team at our HQ in Islands Brygge. Platform Engineers are an essential part of our technology foundation. You’ll be joining a team focused on empowering engineers by creating self-service infrastructure and tooling — “paved roads” that make the right path the easy path. You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure and developer experience, contributing to our cloud architecture, Kubernetes operations, observability, and CI/CD. Role Overview As a Platform Engineer , you will build and maintain the core platform enabling our product squads to autonomously ship software securely and reliably.. Your primary focus is on shaping our cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platform, developer tooling, and automated delivery pipelines so that our entire engineering community can move fast without breaking things. You will join a multidisciplinary team spanning Network, Platform and SRE. While each team member deeply owns their primary craft, we operate with a highly collaborative mindset. What you’ll be doing Kubernetes Orchestration: Manage and optimize our Kubernetes platform, driving autoscaling, service resiliency, and efficient workload orchestration. Infrastructure as Code & Cloud: Design, build, and maintain secure, modular, and reusable cloud infrastructure using IaC to support global scalability and reliability. CI/CD & Delivery: Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, consistent, and safe software delivery with high developer autonomy. Developer Experience & Self-Service: Create internal platform tooling, "paved path" workflows, and self-service infrastructure to reduce developer friction and promote engineering best practices. Observability & Reliability: Evolve metrics, logging. Eventually participate in an on-call rotation to ensure high availability and swift incident response. Security & Governance: Balance ease of use with compliance, security and efficiency. What you bring We firmly believe that skills are transferable. Not familiar with this stack? Have experience with another one? That works! Team work makes the dream work. You have worked in small to medium sized platform teams. Strong experience managing production workloads on Kubernetes . Hands-on proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, OpenTofu, Crossplane...). Practical experience building automated CI/CD pipelines and self-service platforms for software developers. Experience with cloud fundamentals (we run on AWS ) and security practices. Experience in observability platforms using modern tools (we currently run Grafana Cloud ) for metrics, logs, and traces . Familiarity participating in on-call rotations and driving post-incident reliability improvements (not a requirement). Bonus Points : Experience operating a platform NOT using Kubernetes.
