Within Technology Consulting Financial Services, we help leading banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions navigate complex technology transformations. The opportunity As a Developer, you will join multidisciplinary teams delivering technology solutions for leading financial institutions. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the design, development, testing and deployment of applications that support critical business operations. You will work alongside business analysts, architects, project managers and client stakeholders, leveraging modern technologies and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic and international environment. Your key responsibilities Software Development Design, develop and maintain scalable and high-performance applications. Develop backend and/or frontend components following best development practices. Produce clean, efficient and reusable code. Support application integration activities across multiple systems and platforms. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute unit and integration tests. Support defect analysis, troubleshooting and bug fixing activities. Ensure compliance with quality, security and performance standards. Contribute to the implementation of DevOps and CI/CD practices. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. Support solution deployment and post-implementation activities. Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field. 1-5 years of professional experience in software development (depending on seniority level). Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript. Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and Agile frameworks.
