This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and facilitate seamless integration across various components and teams. Roles & Responsibilities: \- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

\- Responsible for team decisions. \- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. \- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. \- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance architectural frameworks. \- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. \- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technology strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: \- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Apps, UiPath. \- Good To Have Skills: Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Apps, UiPath. \- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance automation solutions. \- Experience in integrating robotic process automation with enterprise systems.

\- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs. \- Familiarity with best practices in automation security and compliance.
