This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals.

The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: \- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. \- Responsible for team decisions. \- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. \- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

\- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to enhance business processes. \- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. \- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: \- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

\- Experience in configuring and customizing payroll modules within Oracle HCM Cloud environments. \- Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting requirements. \- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively. \- Familiarity with integration techniques between Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and other enterprise systems. Additional Information: \- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
